Well, talents like Praggnanandhaa, Firouzja or Nihal Sarin are wellknown, but Keymer was long unknown. So here are some informations:

Keymer is 18 years old, and was the youngest grandmaster of germany
2018 he wins the Grenke Open
5th at Fide Grand Swiss Tournament 2021
2022 he wins the Challengertournament at the Prague International Chess Festival
2th at the World Rapid Championship

Overall you can see, Keymer has played a lot of good tournaments. He made the big jump to the world elite, and is on the 43th place in the live chess ratings.

So I wish him a lot of more good games and luck for Tata Steel 2023!!!
