WAF 1st Anniversary — The Rise of World Fronts

A year ago, what started as just an idea — a dream to bring all Antichess lovers together — turned into something truly special. That dream became World Antichess Front (WAF).

When I created this team, I never imagined it would grow into one of the most active and passionate Antichess communities on Lichess. We began with a handful of players and a big goal — to make our mark in variant battles. Today, we’ve hosted tournaments, competed in mega battles, and built a real family of players who love the art of losing to win.

We got success not only in antichess but in almost all variants. For 8 months we were continuously top 3 in weekly antichess team battles, ranked in KOTH , Atomic , Three Check , Racing Kings also.
Now at present we are focusing on Lichess organised Standard chess team battles including Cash prized streamers team battle too.

This anniversary isn’t just about looking back — it’s about everyone who made this journey unforgettable.
