How to Convince Titled Players to Join Your Daily Tournament on Chess.com

ChessTournament
I have transferred this over from Chess.com, as it may still be useful for players on Lichess.

A few months ago, I managed to create a daily tournament which featured several 2000+ players and 1 FIDE master. I recently created a tournament with a CM and FM.
Here are some tips on inviting strong players to your tournament:

1 - Use the Title Correctly
In this example, I have named my tournament exactly what it is, in straightforward language.https://images.chesscomfiles.com/uploads/v1/images_users/tiny_mce/BrightonfcChess/phpFfN1X7.png
This will help ensure players know exactly what your tournament is - and a good title may make it stand out from the rest.
2 - Use the Description
For your tournament, you can write a small description about it. Try to make it stand out and entice players to join.
3 - Create the Tournament with Players in Mind
If you want strong players to join, consider creating a tournament for players 2000+. This will be one reason for a player to want to join. Try to think how you can modify your tournament so that strong players want to enter.
4 - Use Invites
You are allowed to message players directly to invite them. I would recommend doing this, as reaching out to players directly can increase entrants.https://images.chesscomfiles.com/uploads/v1/images_users/tiny_mce/BrightonfcChess/phpOJOD2A.pngI hope you found this useful!
