Chess Frustration

EVERYONE has had this happen to them some time in their chess career, your say, a 1800, and your playing a 2400, your up an exchange and he has 10 seconds left, I can time him out, its only +2 increment, no way he survives, you think, you play on, and eventually he gains his time back and since you are rushing, you blunder and end up losing. That is my biggest pain and still is, which was what happened to me when I played a CM, but in that case it was a drawn endgame.
