This match was slightly different cause we have 2 draws but in bots games Esipenko put some pressure into his opponent, in the first game with a french where he won the bishop pair but a good central breakthrough give Wei YI the draw and the second game was more less similar, Esipenko taked the bishop pair of his opponent early in the opening and he was pushing but Wei Yi managed to win space in the kingside and activate the pieces to force the tiebreaks
