The assignment was to choose a culture/community and really explore what it is like and what broader implications about the community or the world can be made based on that. I chose to look into the chess community as a whole. In my piece, I wrote about how I think chess has evolved with the development of formidable chess engines, and what implications that has on modern chess culture and the battle between humans and machines in the modern era.Junu1425
