Lichess Titled Victories Tracker

LichessAnalysis
Ever wondered how many titled players you’ve actually beaten on Lichess? Maybe a blitz win over an IM, a bullet upset against a GM, or that one rapid scalp you’ll never forget. I built a simple free tool that scans your games and shows every titled victory you’ve scored.

One of the best feelings on Lichess is taking down a titled player. The problem is, after thousands of games, those wins get buried and you lose track of them. That’s why I created the Lichess Titled Victories Tracker.

It’s a Jupyter/Colab notebook that connects to the free Lichess API, scans your games, and pulls out every win you’ve ever had against a titled opponent. It works for all titles: GM, IM, FM, CM, WGM, WIM, WFM, WCM, NM, and LM. You get a clean summary showing the count of victories by title, plus a CSV with details like opponent name, rating, date, time control, and game link.

You can filter by bullet, blitz, rapid, classical, or correspondence. Or just scan your entire history. It’s free, no tokens or logins. Everything runs locally, so nothing is stored.

If you want to try it, head over to the repo here:

Download the notebook, open it in Jupyter Notebook, JupyterLab, or Google Colab, run all cells, and enter your Lichess username. That’s it! Your titled scalps will be listed instantly, and a CSV will be saved for you to keep.

This isn’t just about bragging rights. Tracking your progress against strong players gives you milestones that rating points alone can’t capture. That first win against a WGM, or the time you toppled a 2600 GM in bullet, is a memory worth holding on to.

Big thanks to Lichess for the amazing free API and platform, and to the community that keeps building fun tools like this. Hope you enjoy it , and may your collection of titled victories keep growing!
