THINK blog Volume 2 Chapter 9

As Think approaches the 900 member milestone, the word on the street is that a special arena to mark the occasion is not far away.

What is Think? It is a team organising or participating in Leagues and Ligas galore. It was originally something like Silver Linings Playbook, i.e. "I'm no good at it, but so what? It's fun" but it's that much fun that it has attracted lots of strong players as well. In short, if you like playing any type of chess, at any time control, then there's something for you in Think.

And it doesn't stop there, not by a long chalk. There are opportunities to win patron wings such as Bash the Haggis and the Think lottery.

Elsewhere with a place on the roll of honour at stake, there is the Brainbox challenge. The theme varies, but the current edition is a megamix of previous rounds. At the time of writing this author appears to be the first and last contestant, but hopefully the weekend will attract a few more takers!
