I know I've had some times where I forgot what move I should play in the opening. I'm betting you have forgotten at least once before, too. But, there is a new method. Thanks to ChessMate, you won't be forgetting the lines soon.
In my opinion, a very fine, if not best way to practice your opening is to study the line a couple of times and then play some Blitz games. See if you can blitz out the moves in under 3 seconds. If you don't, don't worry! It takes me time to master the lines also. If you've been noticing you taking longer time than usual, study again and repeat the process.
