He became a grademaster in the year 1988 and the fourth player to cross the rating barrier of 2800 after Kramnik Topalov and Kasparov. he won 5 world championship titles. Anand loss against, Magnus Carlsen in 2013 and lost again in therie rematch in 2014 after Anand won the 2014 candidates. This person was the Pride of India. he also was the world no.1 for 21 months and it was 6th highest period of time ever. at present, he is number 9 in the world and he is also the deputy president in the FIDE in 2022.

Vladimir Borisovich Kramnik was borned in 25th of june 1975. he was the classic world chess champion since 2000-2006. he beat, Garry Kasparov in 2000 Peter Leko in 2004 Veselin Topalaov in the 2006 He lost his title after defeating to the indian pride Vishwanathan Anand in 2007 and 2008. He claimed his title at the age off 17 in the year 1992. He was world number 1 in the year 1996. Kramnik publicly announced his retirement as a professional chess player in January 2019.
