### White d4

according to Lichess Opening, 59% games start with e4, while 26% games start with d4.
Here it is recommend to play d4, as positional play is getting more important for ELO >1800.
If e4 is played instead until now, it is not recommend to change the opening, and rather

according to lichess database, after d4, the most common moves:
Sf6 (38%), d5 (37%) are covered. Other moves like: e6, g6, c5, d6,c6 are not covered,
while it might be extended later, if I reach the level, or see high possibility that it is played on the
corresponding ELO level.
