The first stage of French Women's Team Championship is 5-round team tournament held from the 18th of May to the 21st in Mulhouse, France.

The teams are divided into two groups in which they complete in a round-robin system. The first two teams of both groups qualify for the semi-finals held on July 1–2 – in La Roche-sur-Yon, France – and the last two teams relegate to League 1.

Time control is 90 minutes with a 30-second increment beginning from move one.
