The Magnus Carlsen Chess Tour Finals is a 4-player event taking place from Aug. 9th to 20th. The semi-finals are a best of 5 sets, while the final is best of 7. Each set consists of 4 15+10 games. If the score is tied after 4 games, two 5+3 games are played. If still tied an Armageddon game is played, with 5 mins for White and 4 for black with black winning the set in case of a draw. No draw offers are allowed before move 40.
