About me
My name is David Maycock, I'm 22 years old and I've been playing chess for over 10 years now! I started when I was young and quickly got absorbed by the game. I went on to represent my home country, Mexico, many times internationally and I gained key experience and knowledge that I'm still grateful to this day. Now I'm living in the UK, playing competitively and coaching.

Teaching methodology
The lesson's would be heavily invested in two things:
- Calculation (tactics/pattern-recognition) exercises.
- Game analysis (more strategy oriented).
Unless told otherwise, all sessions are video-recorded and sent to the student through Google Drive.
Student's homework is also provided as game review videos (20mins approx) in between sessions.
