Hello!
My name is Gustavo Ribeiro, I am a Portuguese FIDE Master, the second youngest FM in Portuguese history, and the youngest ever Portuguese National Champion.

Chess has been my life’s passion — not only as a competitive player, but also as a coach, second, and mentor. I strongly believe chess is a powerful tool for intellectual and personal development, and I aim to transmit that vision to all my students.

At 16, I was admitted as the youngest student to the Faculty of Economics at the University of Porto.
