I would say GothamChess and Eric Rosen deserve a GM title, aside from me of course (jk)
Who else deserves to be a GM?

No one.

There were 27 grandmasters in that first group. By the early 1970s, there were fewer than 100. Today, there are more than 1,000.

Eric Rosen deserves the GM Title. I also think Levy is retired
A Phillidor P Morphy
Sultan Khan, mysterious player.
I think I ‘deserve’ to be a GM. Why let the fact I’m not good enough stand in the way of my self entitlement?
Perhaps the OP can explain why others not good enough to be GM should be afforded a GM title when they’re not good enough either?
