I prefer UltraBullet. I mean, I love both of them but UltraBullet have more action. It gives you adrenaline but it's disadvantage is just it makes me angry when I lose on time when my opponent has <1 seconds.

To me the question feels a bit like being asked whether I prefer fried mice or steamed mice. I don't eat mice and don't intend to start.
Please forgive me if I hurt your feelings with this comparison, but I wanted to show clearly how that choice looks to me.
At the same time, I have no problem with other people having different tastes.

Ultra pro's: it farms arena much faster, and the rating is far lower than bullet, hence it's almost meaningless

Yes for myself I don't care if my ultrabullet is 1800, 1850 or 1900 while I do definitely care whether my bullet rating is in the 2100s or 2200s

In my opinion losses where your opponent has <1 seconds are the most fun losses
Honestly, ultra. When I play bullet, I usually play slower than hyperbullet. Hyperbullet is easier than both bullet and ultra, it's not really a test of skill. (Ultra skill is not chess skill, but it's still an engaging skill). So for me it would be: bullet > ultra > hyperbullet.

Ultrabullet. I don't like hyperbullet because I am used to 1+0 bullet. 1/2+0 for me, maybe easily flagged.

Neither.
