Help me To Improve?

Need Help

I need help improving my chess skills. My current rating on Chess.com is around 800 Elo, and my goal is to reach 2000 Elo within the next year.

I solve chess puzzles every day, but I haven't noticed much improvement in my actual games. Please help me understand what I'm doing wrong and how I can improve.

Please provide me with a proper, step-by-step Roadmap to achieve my goal.

You cannot reach 2000 within the next year; it is difficult
If you want to improve, play more games on Lichess rather than Chess.com
Start coaching with an expert
If you are not able to find coaches, then open this Lichess page and see what suits you
https://lichess.org/coach
Play at least 10 games per day, with 2 to 3 bullet and the rest rapid and sometimes classical
Aim for 1000 games per year on Lichess
Do some math if you play 10 games per day then its approximately 300 games per month now 300 multiply by 12 months = 3600 games per year and watch grandmaster videos while playing Chess
But I recommend just play 1000 games per year
Last thing just puzzles will not improve it will give you tactics, but if you play games, you will have experience

And it may take 6 months or even 3 to 4 months, as it depends on Chess.com, which has very tough players

"... For many people with little time for chess the default option is internet blitz, in which the players have five minutes or less for the entire game. I cannot warn too strongly against taking this route if you want to improve, the problem being that playing too many games at a fast time limit will corrupt the decision making process. Instead of playing good moves, a player honed on blitz will look for moves he can make quickly and perhaps bring himself closer to a win on time. ...
... you need to keep to time limits in which the chess position is more relevant than the thinking time, and, ideally, much more relevant. I actually believe that only Grandmasters (2500+) should play five minute blitz, ... 1500 players should have at least 25 minutes thinking time for a game -- or a rough equivalent if they are using an incremental time limits. ..." - GM Nigel Davies (2010)

"... Review each of your games, identifying opening (and other) mistakes with the goal of not repeatedly making the same mistake. ... It is especially critical not to continually fall into opening traps – or even lines that result in difficult positions ..." - NM Dan Heisman (2007)

(Doesn't seem to me to be compatible with "at least 10 games per day".)
Maybe, you can find something useful at https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/what-books-to-read-for-improvement-rating-1400-1500-fide.

I have mostly heard my coaches say to play ten games minimum per day, and people don't have time to play 10 rapid or 10 classical games unless they are retired.
For your kind information I am doing 3 Chess classes private lessons by 3 different expert coaches
And in my career, I have experienced more than 30 to 45 coaches, as I was changing my coaches regularly to find my best coach
But yes you are correct by also reading books and I have read more than 100 books of chess

"my goal is to reach 2000 Elo within the next year."

"solve chess puzzles every day"

  • Puzzles are overrated. In a real game nobody tells you there is a tactic, or for whom. Puzzles do not teach you how to reach such a position. Solving 4 puzzles is a good warm-up before your play, but that is about it.

"Roadmap"

  • Key is to play, preferably 15+10 and analyze your lost games. One game per day is enough. Use all available time.
Very important is to study annotated grandmaster games: learn from the best.
The best long term time investment is study of rook endings.
"my goal is to reach 2000 Elo within the next year." * That is realistic. I wrote a blog about that. https://lichess.org/@/tpr/blog/reach-2000-in-1-year/dF8xLiJg "solve chess puzzles every day" * Puzzles are overrated. A practical example

https://lichess.org/game/hmz62Ien/black#51

You lose this 10+0 game with 6 useless minutes on your clock.
Stay away from blitz & bullet.
15+10 is much better for progress than 10+0.
Slow down. Take time to think.
Why do you spam draw offers?
Why do not you take the free rook?
Blunder check before you move.
A great help is to enable move confirmation in your profile.
Think about your move. Play it. Check it is no blunder. Confirm.

Are you sure that you are making progress?

"... Most internet players think that 30 5 [(30 minutes with a five second increment added every move)] is slow, but that is unlikely slow enough to play 'real' chess. ... That was back in 2002. These days, you might have to settle for 15+10.
