I don't really take or wait for remach much but I wait for my opponent to remach in the variants like 3 check or crazyhouse etc

It's not matter of rematch after all its just a game and there's no loss in playing a game.
For the answer, I wait till my opponent is active/online on the game page. Due to this, sometimes I miss out on rematches. Hence, I prefer offering rematch when possible, that is, when I am free instead of waiting for opponent.

Depends on how well they played, if they're pretty good I decline. However, if they made a few mistakes or inaccuracies here and there, then I'll wait a few seconds and accept the rematch, if they don't offer a rematch in the next 5-ish seconds after the game has concluded, I leave. With the exception of variants, I rarely ask for a rematch, unless the person I'm playing is a friend.
