how to prepare openings at 1600+ fide level

I panic a lot in openings and blunder but when I don't blunder and successfully reach the middlegame I don't know what to do and make a stupid plan and proceed to be demolished.

Just learn the basic idea of the openings eg to start a large attack on the king ect. Ect and once you get a feel of what you want in the opening follow it through.

Look at master games in the openings you play to see what plans and ideas masters go for and go for those plans

Maybe you should stop playing bullet?

I am 1599 FIDE myself. I don't know will my advice really work with you. But I find it helpfull to play with all the knowledge I have about the oppening i am playing.For exemple suppose i am playing a sicillian defense against someone. I know about some ideas in the sicilian. such as a6 when many pieces can get to b5, g6 for the dragon fiancatto thing, paliken defense e5 etc. so when i am playing i try use all of that knowledge in a rythem. And about the midle game thing i think you should watch igor smirinov in youtube (Remote Chess Academy) I think this level of chess is About not blundering pieces tactically while putting presure. So be aware of that.

i have beat and drawn many 1600 plus fide's, just play solid chess in teh opening, think well in the middlegame like us prophylaxis, posotional and tactial chess helps you win. Even though my rating is low on lichess, its better on chess.com

Maybe you should stop playing bullet?

I play very less bullet , I was playing alot for last few days but before that even when I didnt play bullet it was same situation
