Is Ultrabullet bad for you?
Sometimes it makes your make mistakes or bad premoves in rapid games because your mind automatically thinks you are in an Ultrabullet game but it also increases your tactical vision and my speed. It also in some way improves the intuition by guessing opponent premoves and being a pro lefonger.

Bullet is already bad enough for my health

Yes it isn’t good for you, mainly because all you increase is your speed and playing automatically in chess usually isn’t a good thing. Also you usually can’t even see tactics because of how fast it is so it boils down to 1. Who can pre move faster or 2. Who falls into an opening trap first. (There are definitely exceptions but this is the usual scenario.)

i agree but for me... I just like to play this type of chess because it gives you sometimes of thrill and etc.

I mean, u select the time, so you should switch your thinking...

obviously ultra bullet is bad but it is also really fun, so play it for fun not to improve

Ultrabullet chess is somehow an equalizer.
I would not have checkmated any titled player to this day without it.
If there is much time it helps to follow a constantly repeated thinking scheme (one of several well known examples: captures, checks, threats of both players).

i agree but for me... I just like to play this type of chess because it gives you sometimes of thrill and etc.

Yes, I like to play it too , but all it does is makes you play fast in rapid and classic
