I would like a handheld chess computer that allows me to play without having to buy a digital or sensory board.
In other words, I can use this to work on my blindfold chess, or I could play using a magnetic board or theoretically any board.
The handheld would just give the moves and it is up to me to input them on some board.
Oh, and I want to play over 2400 ELO, or 2200 at the minimum.
Can you recommend anything like this? The Milennium Chess Classics Element MIGHT be what I'm looking for, but I think it needs a sensory board in order to use it.
Thanks for the advice!

How about this app: 'Chess Blindfold Trainer (by KKerim)' ? (it's on PlayStore and free). Among other things it:
PLAY BLINDFOLD CHESS
- Play against Maia, a human-like chess AI that plays the way real people do
- 8 bots from 400 to 2450 Elo, or set your own opponent from 400 to 2600 Elo
- Real blindfold games with voice input
- Post-game analysis, detailed statistics and progress tracking
- Perfect for beginners and strong players alike
Maybe the best for what you are looking for?

Yes. I actually looked into a handheld device, like a dedicated lichess device or something. It's doabl, but you won't be saving any money.

Here's a link, from a Bing search on hand held chess computers. The Aristotle Hand Held Chess Computer – QUAD CORE, would seem to be the top choice. -:] - https://www.bing.com/search?q=handheld+chess+computer&gs_lcrp=EgRlZGdlKgYIABBFGDkyBggAEEUYOTIGCAEQRRg8MgYIAhBFGD2oAgCwAgA&FORM=ANCMS9&PC=HCTS - @RabbitSamurai -

from the above link...
"... at the highest setting the Aristotle will beat 95% of the worlds chess players.".
One of these is twice the cost of a smart phone. I don't see much point. What's the payoff?
