yup move like a king

to win you have to be one square next to ur opponent. but it does not count if it is diaginal
what should I name this game?

If your one square next to your opponent, that would also mean that your opponent is one square next to you, so do you both win??

its blacks turn so wheer ever he moves white can take him

But black never has to get taken by white?? In the second picture black can just go Kd8 or Kf8 and the game will forever be a draw.

white goes e7 and then just keeps push into a corner

you can't take diaginale

Ke7 is in front of the black king, meaning the black king can take the white king.
