The largest part (50%) should be play and analysis of your own lost games.
Then (30%) comes study of annotated grandmaster games.
Then (20%) comes endgame study.

There is no "best training ratio". Everyone is different. Work on your weakest area, be it tactical sight, positional understanding, endgames, imbalances, or whatever, and don't forget to play and analyse (because that's how you learn which area you're weak in).

um thas a problem for me i play one 60+30 or 90+30 game a week and anlyse it so the game is 3h and analyse it for roughly 2h20-2h45 which is less proportion for my training chedule i have kept a 2:1:`1 ratio for calulcation, startgy ,endgame is that fine @tpr

"i play one 60+30 or 90+30 game a week and anlyse it "

  • That is fine. There are practical constraints.
You can fill in with analysis of annotated grandmaster games.

is one gues the move session per week to low? which is around two hours @tpr

"puzzles"

  • Puzzles are overrated. Solving 4 puzzles before you play is a good warm-up, but that is about it.
In a real game nobody tells you there is a tactic, or for whom.
The puzzle does not teach you how to get at that position either.

"read a book"

  • Chess books are no novels, you do not read them, but study them like a math book.
The core of any chess book are annotated grandmaster games.

"i have 34-36 hours a week"

  • That is a lot.
As per your limitation to 1 game 60+30 or 90+30 per week, that would lead to
3-4 hours of play + 3-4 hours of analysis in case of a loss
21 hours study of annotated grandmaster games
    7 hours of endgame study
