It is merely indicator that you donated money to lichess. You do have show those if you choose to. Lichess if funded 100% on the donations.

No patron had said something like this in the forums in the last two years. I saw only one in a game chat.

by visiting the appeal page you will if lichess agrees with you on that point
I mean in was just asking cause a few people have them and I was wondering what they did I was just joking about the pay to win and the better than you I am genuinely curious cause I'm considering on buying it but I don't want any "help" while I play chess
