With blacks pieces i like the french defense in games with -1500. With white pieces i play italian game, but is not the best overture, is better the colle system. Thats my opinion, I hear your comments

I don't really have a favorite. After pressing the link below, you will see families of favorite popular common openings and a blue more on the right that you can press too. If you pressed more you will see your own openings in orange. The top ones that are not in orange are the ones you now should learn to use.

So type those opening names in blue in this link: https://lichess.org/opening

The better openings are probably the one's that fight for the center squares.

To answer the OP's post one request:

As White, the Italian Game: Super popular, and teaches central control and quick development. Fun bishop "pin" attacks feel like winning a race.

As Black vs. 1.e4, Italian (symmetrical response) or Scandinavian Defense: Responds simply without theory overload. Scandinavian is aggressive and "surprising" and equalizes fast.

As Black vs. 1.d4, Queen's Gambit Declined (QGD) or Indian Defenses: Solid and teaches pawn structure. Try the "Stonewall" variation. It's easy to remember. I like building walls.

As Black vs. 1.c4, English Opening (Symmetrical English) or Reversed Sicilian: I like to mirror White's initial setup and that's an easy way to learn. it keeps things balanced, but it's less common than asymmetrical moves.

Ponder on chess principles: “When you don’t know what to do, do what others do,”
"If the move is not good, don't copy it."
