I had some trouble solving this even though i am 1900 rapid and 1650 puzzles (don't do puzzles that much)
like no 1100 would calculate that, not even classical
it should be at least 1600 rated,

I agree that 1100 looks pretty low, like I also would say 1500-1600, although if you think about it the moves are pretty intuitive.
You only have three pieces, if you move the rook you lose the queen, if you move the queen you lose the rook and there are only three checks.
Once you have calculated that the queen sacks don't work, there is only one option left. After that the computer makes your life easier, but if you calculate all the variations you will see white's crushing in any case.

I agree it's rated too low. Perhaps the moves are "intuitive" ... but I'm not too keen on puzzles being about intuition. Intuition isn't a substitute for understanding and I think that, even if 1100 players tend to make the right moves w/o actually calculating, the puzzle rating shouldn't reflect how easy it is to luck into the solution.

Well yeah it took me some time to figure out still it was just a forced fork and if we look this through StockFish's perspective the job gets done in 2 moves and again it's just a forced fork.

There is no "too low". People solved it, so the puzzle lost rating. When I lose games, I lose rating, too. Even though of course I am much stronger than the rating says. How can Sybotes be 1800 rated?
But I think probably it might be easy for weaker players to solve it. As #2 said, there is not much choice in the first move. Then people might spot the fork, and that works again. It is true, maybe not everybody calculated what might occur after Kh6 rather than Kf6. Is it really a win for white after Qf3 (it certainly isn't after Nxd8).
So I guess stronger players see the flaws and find it difficult to decide which continuation is correct, while others just play the moves they spot.

I understand how the puzzles are rated. Saying it is rated "too low" is a criticism of how the system worked for this puzzle.
If the puzzles' ratings were only used to adjust your puzzle rating, that would be one thing. But they aren't. For example, puzzle ratings are used in picking puzzles for puzzle storm; and just because 1100 rated players luck into the right answer doesn't mean this should be one of the earliest puzzles in a puzzle storm run.
So, yeah, there is a "too low."

I'm also downvoting this puzzle. No one would assume in the starting position that black goes Kf7 and hangs the queen with check. And seeing Kh7 Qf3 from the start is definitely not 1100.

there is no reason to down vote this puzzle (...) this is a good puzzle.
@mrjbones already explained why it's important that puzzle's difficulty is reflected in its rating even for the low end puzzles in #6. So there is a good reason to downvote. You just saying otherwise doesn't change much.
or any puzzle you have difficulty solving for that matter. stop focusing on the ratings, and worry about the solution, and try to understand the tactics involved. the king has to go to f7 otherwise it is mate.
I don't enjoy being patronized. 21. Ne6+ Kh7 show me your mate
