Practice is freezing

If you reload the position, does it happen again?

If you press F12 to bring up the developer console in Chrome, can you paste or screenshot the contents of the "Console" tab?

Sorry, i know nothing about that^^.
The freeze happens very often. It happened on the first try i made to have the console informations again.
Plus, the "Get a hint" and "see best move" features don't work. Stockfish gave me moves for a draw, not a win.
