My highest is 20.3 seconds. I once tried to hold it for more than 20 seconds but then at last I became unconscious. Our family doctor restricted me from doing anything like that because he said to me that I'm at the brink of being Asthmatic.

My mom once said to me that I held my breath for 4 minutes when I was a baby, right after the day I was born. I nearly died, but I didn't hold my breath intentionally, I wasn't knowing anything at that time as I was just a day old. The doctor saved me, fortunately.
