I would say having a headache is worse.I even enjoy fevers to a certain extant.The bad thing abaut fever is that it doesnt come alone by itself.Usually your throat hurts also.If i could just have fever with no other pain attached to it,(which is very rare) i would choose fever without even thinking.Very high fever is annoying though.Its as if your conciesness goas away.Headches on the other hand are always annoying and ruins the quality of life.

I find headaches to be more annoying; using my brain hurts, whereas fevers more so affect my body, which I use less. When my fever slowly weakens and disappears, I feel oddly satisfied.

Fever is worse imo. Headaches aren't that bad for me since I get them all the time ;p
