Why so good the position here?

https://lichess.org/hlHH4kll/black#35

In the next move i play Qe7 because I dont wont to trade queens. But, the stockfish tell me that is not good, that best is take pawn. But I think that after that a lot of players will trade queens..... and, why with trade queens is better for black? (why is still better for me?). Because the bishop are more powerful that the knights? just that? or is a machine thing but is not so playable for a human?
Sorry, my level is not too good.

He can't take back with the knight because queen hangs, so you just cleanly win the pawn.

But he can just take my queen, but maybe is that, because I will have a pawn... still have to defend that pawn. mmm

@DemetriousJohnson Yeah, I think a pawn is a pawn. I think you can defend it with the b-pawn pretty easily.

The stronger the player, the more he values pawns.

bcs of Blacks light-squared Bishop on a6 (dxc4 -> c3 )

After the queen trade, black is threatening to push c3.

Fine. Move the rook with Rf2. Black can respond with b4.

The bishop pair plus the advanced pawns should be an advantage for black. Blacks two knights are probably a disadvantage. Much harder to coordinate two knights than a knight and a bishop.

Simplify the position, but make sure you leave pawns on both sides, and those bishops will be downright vicious in the end game.

Usually an exchange is a good action. That's why, in my opinion.
