When I request a computer analysis of a game, it rarely seems to finish on its own. Instead, it just runs and runs and I just have to use my judgement to guess when it would have finished and reload the page (desktop) or back out of the game and return to it (iOS app).
I'm having this issue on the iOS app (previous version and brand new) and on desktop through Google Chrome.
Happens to me often also, on the desktop via Waterfox Browser (a Firefox fork).
