Full game:

In the whole game, the king was missing and I had 3 seconds but I lost all of them cause I couldn't move any piece

this is a rare bug and I think it is because of the wi-fi internet but maybe also something else

I was playing ultrabullet, if i reloaded then I could lose

if ur opponent doesnt have pieces to mate you and if you timed out, its a draw!
not a bug, but its a rule.
https://lichess.org/faq tells it

In the event of one player running out of time, that player will usually lose the game. However, the game is drawn if the position is such that the opponent cannot checkmate the player's king by any possible series of legal moves

If I'm not mistaken you can ask that your points be refunded because it can be cheating but Lichess
