Sorry, I have to rewrite the rules just a little bit. We should be ready by the 27th. Sorry for the delay.

Sorry everyone, still not ready. I will post when i get stiff straitened out.

So everyone, I got the rules fixed. Here the the revised rules.
All players can still join, except those who have violated the lichess TOs.
We are doing a tradiational single elimanation knockout with a seeded bracket.
For the matches we are still doing the time control as 3+2, and we are still doing matches that are six games, but the tie breaks are different. Instead we are doing the traditional tie break, where players play two games until someone wins both, and that player wins the match.
