Can bullet rating go up to 4000?

Does anyone think that Bullet ratings can go to 4000?

@SPARIMI Probably not. If one person is better than everyone else, eventualy they will not gain rating points when winning but will lose lots of rating points when losing to the other players.

but if you win a lot of games and go to 4000 in bullet then if you beat someone your rating will go up by 0 only but if you lose to someone, your rating will go down by 15 so unless you are a robot it is almost impossible to go to 4000 but not impossible very very very hard

It is impossible. If you go at or above 4000, the rating will automatically reset back to 1500.

No one is that good but if someone got that good i think they would extend it.
