Hi all. Since the site upgrade ( I think), I've been experiencing some form of lag during the very end of my blitz/bullet games. All is fine until I have less than 10 seconds. At this point, the movement of the pieces is no longer smooth and becomes what I can only describe as "choppy/jagged". I cannot express how irritating this is. I've lost numerous games due this weird, laggy bug. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, have you found any sort of fix for it?
Many thanks!

YES! This is so frustrating. The lag also gives the player with the poorer connection the advantage. It makes no sense.
If I have perfect connection and my opponent has 3/4 bars or less, they get a time advantage, and I experience lag.
Lichess.. fix this!

If it only happens in the last 10 seconds...have you tried changing your clock options? https://lichess.org/account/preferences/chess-clock
If you set 'tenths of seconds' to always, does it lag throughout the game? If you set it to never, do you still experience lag in time trouble?
What browser do you use?

@RapidVariants I've been using Firefox since I've been on here and it's been fine up until recently. I'll try changing the "last 10 seconds" options and see if that takes care of the issue.
