I've seen some grandmasters saying you should begin with the endgame and then choose an opening relevant to that endgame. I mean how to do that, for an example if I want some drawish endgame like Rook endgames, which opening should I choose?

There are no openings that lead to a specific type of endgame because chess is a game of two players and you'll need your opponent's cooperation.
There is a good two volume book 'Mastering the Endgame' by M. I. Shereshevsky and L. M. Slutsky that describes typical pawn structures and queenless middlegames from various openings e.g. Sicilian minority attack, King's Indian exchange variation.

just be creative and dont play e4 every single time, theres nothing more boring than facing the endless e4s

1 e4 best by test - Fischer.
Still true: most played at top level 1 e4

I tried almost everything. except dubvious moves. None of them makes sense really, sometimes e4 succeed and sometimes b3 succeed.
