For the most part it looks as though things are moving along nicely, with 127/128* round 1 matches and roughly half of second-chance matches played (or decided by forfeit). There have also already been quite a few matches in round 2, and even some in round 3.
*number 128 STILL remains to be scheduled. If you want to know why, reading #655 and #659 (and comparing when the people concerned were pinged #660 with when they were last active here on lichess) will give you a pretty good idea.
