Hello all, I recently bought ChessBase (precisely : https://shop.chessbase.com/en/products/chessbase_account_premium_year) , I downloaded the ChessBase Reader 2017 and I created a ChessBase account. However, when I open the reader, it is simply blank and there are absolutely no games in it. Does someone know how can I "put" what I bought into ChessBase Reader ?

I'm not understanding the question. Once you buy Chessbase you have access to their database and other features whereas Chessbase reader is a free program to open chess game files, whether from Chessbase or other formats e.g. PGN.
If you have Chessbase, you shouldn't need the reader as well.

There are 2 ChessBase programs: the free ChessBase Reader and the full-featured ChessBase.

The chessbase premium account that you purchased does not include access to the full featured ChessBase program. The free ChessBase Reader program does not allow connecting to live database. So you are left with 2 options:

browse the live database using your browser at https://database.chessbase.com , but it is quite limited to say the least.
get the full featured ChessBase program, that will let you connect to the database from within the software itself (and is much more powerful).
