Lichess won't let me challenge any title and I don't know why?
Players can set preferences on who is allowed to challenge them here:

Maybe you are trying to challenge players that are not allowing it, or you are not meeting the requirements from their setting.
My points became same when I won the game why?

How can I change unrated to rated?

why all players I met are using computer assistance, in spite of I create a new rated game?
