"Lichess vs. Chess.com Puzzles: Real Games vs. Curated Tactics?

"I’ve been using both Lichess and Chess.com for puzzles lately and noticed some big differences in how they feel. I wanted to see what everyone else thinks about a few specific points:
Realism: Since Lichess pulls puzzles from real games, I find them more varied, but sometimes they feel a bit 'messy' compared to the very clean, 'flashy' sacrifices on Chess.com. Which style do you think helps your actual play more?
Repetitiveness: I’ve noticed Chess.com seems to repeat certain themes a lot (like back-rank mates). Has anyone else found Lichess puzzles to be more diverse?
Features: I love that on Lichess you can view the full game the puzzle came from to see how the position developed. Does anyone actually prefer the curated 'compositions' on other sites instead?
Curious to hear if you guys stick to one site for tactics or mix it up!"

I am definitively a bit torn here because I use the Lichess puzzle database for my own app, but this is exactly the point: the Lichess puzzles are very varied and very well tagged with all sorts of metadata. That makes it very well suited for apps to work for them or use them directly in Lichess.
My kids like the Chess.com puzzles, I guess for the reason you mentioned, but I'd still prefer the ones from Lichess.

Being able to view the full game the puzzle came from makes solving the puzzle a lot faster. I usually start from 5-6 moves before the puzzle's stage.
