I had a game where that a draw was claimed when there was a queen on the board, does anyone know why this happened?

Your opponent can't win a game with only a king remaining, even if your time runs out. I don't understand how your time ran out here.
If they had a queen against nothing but "lost" on time it would commute to a draw, that's probably what happened.
Did they disconnected or it was an instant draw?
Disconnections should indicate "draw claimed" I think without mentioning "insufficient material". I don't understand how, but Lichess data seems to suggest that Black's time ran out, even though that doesn't make sense to me.
I rather believe the opponent pressed "offer draw" or "resign" on accident?
The only reason I'm offering theories is since I've helped (on occasion) with coding for 10 years and I have some idea but not a perfect idea of how this works.
I recommend against throwing out random theories unless OP can share more information.
It was a draw by insufficient material, even though there's still a queen on the board, and there's still time left
By chance can you advise... did the draw instantly happen after the opponent's move? What browser version was this? Are there any clues which could help us reproduce this error?
