It looks like you crumbled under time pressure. You were up a knight so you probably would have won if you had more time on the clock.

Yep, the main thing was that you hung a knight. And that sort of thing can happen anytime.

But if you would like a specific "endgame tip," here's one: memorize the position on your 87th move, and Mr Machine's suggestion of Rf3. This is an idea that happens time and again in endgames; sometimes it ensures that you will queen unimpeded (and here it enables your king to get close enough to the White pawn to cut it off).
