Antichess, where the goal is to lose all your pieces including King, so no rules were broken here. However this game has low quality by Antichess standards in terms of level.

c4 may still have been a forced win but it's not surprising that the vast majority of players in that position played Kf1.

The natural thing is then to let black take the pawn on g2 and the rook on h1 before playing e4 so in between some players have played a4 and then a5 because you will want to get that rook to a2.

There are numerous ways to win including b4 at some point to bring the other bishop into the action.
