Why I can't join <2000 Bullet Arena when my rating is <2000

AND I SAY THAT IF I DIDN'T GOT >2000 IN THE PAST WEEK, BUT RATING STILL >1994 (RATING DEVIATION 45~46), I CAN'T JOIN THE ARENA TOO SO WHY

@markma2010 my rating was 1999 for rapid and I could not join >2000 rapid.
You could not join because it is <2000 not >2000.

No one understand my question :( pls pls look at #12

ok ok ok sorry I didn't get what you meant before but you must have gotten greater than 2000 in the past week or else you would have been able to join. if you want though you could file a report of this on Github

It uses your max rating from the past week. You can see the code for yourself on github. Here's the link to the tournament conditions file if anyone cares to read it: https://github.com/ornicar/lila/blob/master/modules/tournament/src/main/Condition.scala It would appear lines 178 and 84 would be of particular relevance to this conversation.
