i was playing and my pawn disappeared it was just 1move mate and i lost cuz of that

one way to get pawns well they disappear is to go past the pawn going side ways on top of the pawn and pam! the pawn disappears.

Hello, I have three guesses:
-Maybe you were playing on the app, and, if you play very very fast (like ultrabullet), strange things may happen (like, not being able to push a pawn because the app is thinking you have a finger on something, or a lot of other problems of this type)
-Maybe you didn't activated the auto-queen promotion (as you are 2000, I think you have it) and you were spamming g1 (because of time pressure) instead of choosing a piece to promote.
-Maybe you had a lag, but I don't think so because you had 8 secondes, and lag doesn't affect as much as that.
