18 (REALLY HARD IF YOU ARE NOT A CHESS NERD). A tournament takes place in Kansas, Missouri, US. It is rated for USCF and FIDE. A game is played between two 2600 rated GM's players who both are aged 32. White has two knights and a king, black has a bishop and a king. In this position, white's flag falls.

The question is: what's the result, and thus, how will this influence the ratings of the players for both FIDE and USCF?
