It literally says black offered draw.
Black probably hit the draw button by accident.
To help solve this, OP should enable double-click confirmation for draws and resignation, if it hasn't already been done.

Thanks. This was in effect, which made me wonder how i (Black) could offer the draw without noticing.
Happened to me too but not relevant to this correspondence game.
