What do you mean by banning players? Mit értesz játékosok kitiltása alatt?

You cannot ban anyone unless you are a mod - and if you are, this is hardly the place to complain. If you mean blocking users, one possible reason might be the limit on number of blocked users but that limit is quite high (500, IIRC). Otherwise, reporting the issue in the Github tracker has a better chance to be handled by people who can actually help; but you should be much more specific there when describing what exactly you do, what happens and what interface are you using (web application or smartphone/tablet application (old or new), browser version, platform etc.).

I don't want to play multiple games with the computer in a row, so if I lose I ban the opponent.
I can't decide if I lost because the opponent was better or because I played with the computer.
Then I delete these bans later.
If these bans accumulate a lot and I delete hundreds of bans, after a while it will not be possible to delete the bans for several days.
At that point, it will not be possible to ban anyone for several days.
I don't see the point of this limitation.

For example, I have 9 banned players now and I can't remove the bans or add new ones until the day after tomorrow.
I can't play like this because, as I mentioned, I want to avoid playing two games in a row with the computer.

If the limit of 500 users to block (block, not ban) feels insufficient, it's perhaps time to consider that the problem may rather be on your side.

If you believe someone is using engine assistance, you should report them. Blocking everyone you lose against is absurd and childish. (I'm still hoping I might have misunderstood your comment and you are not actually doing that.)

As I wrote, my problem is not with the 500 blockable user limit, it has never been enforced for me, but with the fact that there is another limit because there are 9 blocked players and I can't unblock them or block anyone else.
Why would it be absurd and childish to block everyone I lose to?
I can't decide and I don't want to investigate whether they played against me with or without a computer, there are appropriate programs for that.
So according to this, you can play 10 games with a cheater and then start investigating whether he was a cheater?

Vast majority of the people you lose against are not cheaters. And yet you mindlessly and automatically block all of them just because they dared to win against you. You lose a game and instead of asking what you did wrong, your first idea is: "They probably used an engine, I'm not sure but I don't want to think about it, I'll just block them." Sorry but that is exactly what the term "sore loser" is about.

Just imagine yourself on the otherside of this policy. You manage to win a game and your opponent immediately blocks you because "he/she does not want to play against a computer again". How does that sound?

I don't mind being blocked.
But I do mind having to play multiple games against a cheater like that.
This is the kind of world!
