accuracy is not a measure of cheating

Wait a minute -- even humble Noflaps has gotten 100 percent accuracy a few times, and surpassed 90 percent many times.

So do I risk one day being suddenly banned if I happen to play ... too well ... for a mere five games straight?

Kowabunga, batman! I'll start being grateful for my blunders!

Edit: I just checked and my last two games today were above 90 percent accuracy -- one was 96 percent. I'm getting nervous. Please. Don't hurt me. I need this distraction.

I dont understand these posts, yes cheaters exist, yes they get banned, yes there are people who think cheaters dont exist, how many more threads we need ?

@boombox2000 If you constantly play against weaker players, then you will usually have a high accuracy rating – for example, more than just my last 5 games are above 90%.

Unfortunately, accuracy is and remains the most misunderstood metric on Lichess, which some people use to substantiate their wild ‘theories’.
